My name is Milad Meftah, owner of The Floor Store. Before opening our showroom more than 15 years ago, I worked in management and field operations for a national flooring company. When the company was later purchased by an investment group and ultimately liquidated, I found myself without a job — but with a clear vision for the future. After more than 25 years of hands-on flooring installation experience, I decided to build a business focused on quality workmanship, honest guidance, and exceptional customer service. Flooring installation is physically demanding work, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Combining my technical expertise with years of management experience, I opened The Floor Store at Thornebrook to help customers make confident, informed decisions about their homes and businesses.
